In the midst of all the chaos as Mr. Burns takes over Springfield and transforms it into his own tyrannical empire, the Simpson family wonder why Homer hasn't returned home or has been seen since earlier in the morning. This is because he is held captive at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, as a potential test subject for Burns' mind-controlled cyber soldier project (similar to M. Bison's operations), considering his level of endurance against physical blows (4F03) and intense weather conditions (5F16)
